This is important because Property Management is not a regulated profession and therefore many diverse types of firms and individuals currently operate in Ireland to various standards of performance and customer care.

Unfortunately, some of these firms are not always professional, in that their people may not be qualified to do what they do, and thus you are not protected by the backing of any professional body or indemnity insurance.

O'Dwyer Property Management is an organisation of and for professional people.

This means that our Property Managers are generally accredited members of professional bodies including the OPTIMA, RICS, and the SCSI,and our management personnel are highly skilled and academically acknowledged experts in their areas.

Essentially the Property Manager has responsibility for every aspect of the day to day management of their client site. However, behind the scenes;  they are also supported by a strong Administration and Accounting team, as well as management support with expertise in the key service functions including: building maintenance, facilities/engineering, insurance and compliance.
