PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT MANAGERS
Ciara Mulrennan is a qualified Engineer, graduating from Trinity College Dublin with a BA BAI in Engineering. She began her career as a site engineer at P. Elliott Construction, moving on to Land Surveying and Property Management. Prior to joining O'Dwyer Property Management, Ciara worked on large construction projects including the M50 upgrade. She is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland and is currently undertaking a course in Property Studies at DIT.
Ciara Begley recently joined O'Dwyer Property Management from a leading Irish auctioneer company to further resource our Portfolio Management & Lettings Division. Ciara has qualified with a Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency, Diploma in Property Management & Valuation, and achieved an honours degree in University of West England, Bristol in Real Estate Management & Valuation.
Emma Stapleton joined O’Dwyer Property Management in 2007 and looks after the financial side of our Lettings & Management division. Prior to joining our firm, Emma has 9 years accountancy experience with large telecoms companies.
Sam Kirwan is responsible for financial management in O'Dwyer Property Management Lettings & Block Management departments. He has over 12 years experience in finance and property management working for companies such as Citi Group and America On Line before joining O'Dwyer Property Management in 2006. Sam has travelled extensively and is fluent in Spanish having lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA Hons Degree in Business & Economics and is in the process of achieving qualifications from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
