What Makes Our Property Managers Different?
At O'Dwyer Property Management, our property managers are qualified and accredited members of professional bodies including the Irish Property and Facilities Management Association (IPFMA), Societyof Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI), formerly the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS).
Each client is assigned a dedicated Property Manager and a Director in charge of their development who will assist them in the day to day direct management of the property as well as providing strategic guidance and support.
Essentially the Property Manager has responsibility for every aspect of the day to day management of their client site, reporting to the Director in charge. However, behind the scenes, they are also supported by a strong Administration and Accounting team, and management support with expertise in the key service functions including building maintenance, facilities/engineering, insurance and compliance.
