IPFMA Conference 2009 on Residential Multi-Unit Development & Management

Siobhan O'Dwyer, Chairman of ODPM, chairs the IPFMA annual conference that took place in Croke Park on 1 October 2009. The speakers included Patricia Rickard-Clarke, Law Reform Commissioner; Tom Lynch, Chief Executive (Designate) of Property Services Regulatory Authority; Jack Kavanagh, President of Engineers Ireland, and Hubert Fitzpatrick, Director of Development, Housing & Planning Services, CIF. Siobhan gave a keynote speech on the Multi-Unit Bill which was very well received.
