Paul Whelan, FCA, BScMgmt
Paul is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and gained a business degree from Trinity College Dublin. Paul took over the role of Managing Director in ODPM in 2008 having served as Finance Director and a member of the board since 2006.
Paul brought a broad range of financial and commercial experience to ODPM, having previously served as Director of Accounting with Ceva Inc, a public quoted technology company and as a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Paul has driven a number of process improvement schemes to improve client workflows and service deliveries including the centralising of key service functions which are aimed to enhance the return value achieved by all our clients from their service charges.
Paul intends to continue with these innovations in driving continued future growth and ODPM's reputation for superior and innovative services.
