“I service all of ODPM’s client insurance. My responsibility is to ensure our property managers obtain the best available policy cover and applicable rates in the market place. I also coordinate the claims process and liaise with the independent assessors/loss adjustors appointed to ensure full and satisfactory settlement to our clients.
My function encompasses supervision and approval of our clients out-sourced Service Suppliers and Contractors insurances and the management of our “approved contractor database”. Additionally I oversee (CRO) statutory corporate compliance programme on behalf of our clients. “
Prior to joining ODPM Sarah worked in General and Commercial Insurance with FBD Insurance.
