"I administer all of our client insurance programmes including renewal negotiations and claims handling.
Once the property Surveyor has undertaken the building valuation for insurance purposes my responsibility is to ensure that we obtain the very best available premium rates and policy cover available in the market place. I also coordinate the claims process and liaise with the independent assessors/loss adjustors appointed and ensure full and satisfactory settlement are provided to our clients.
My function also encompasses supervision and approval of our clients out-sourced Service Suppliers and Contractors. It is my role to vet and validate all our clients suppliers insurances as part of the management of our firms “approved contractor database”.
Additionally I oversee (CRO) statutory corporate compliance programme on behalf of all our clients corporate entities.“
