Our Insurance Management Service includes to:
- Arrange and procure such insurances in the Clients' own name as is necessary for the appropriate and adequate cover of liabilities, claims or proceedings in respect of expense or loss arising out of damage/standard perils to the premises. Professional expertise is essential to ensure the building valuation for reinstatement is carried out competently and that the scope of cover for fire and perils insurance is adequate and appropriate
- Procure such other insurance requirements such as Public Liability, Alternative Accommodation and Employers insurance, as appropriate
- Procure Directors’ and Officers’ Liability insurance as is deemed appropriate by the Board of the Client
- Receive and report insurance claims to the Brokers
- Pass Broker’s details to Members in the event of changes in Member’s details
- Within two months of the expiry of the policy, enter negotiations to ensure competitive renewal terms for the company
- Administration and management of the policy is required to ensure owners' and mortgagors’ interests are noted on the policy

Building Valuation
We will professionally revise the building valuations for reinstatement purposes annually in advance of renewal. O'Dwyer Property Management generally arrange annual insurance cover to include:
- Full Fire and Perils cover on all insured properties
- Public Liability cover up to €10,000,000
- Employers Liability cover up to €13,000,000
- Alternative Accommodation/Loss of Rent Provision
- Directors & Officers Liability cover (if required)
- Statutory Lift Engineering cover
- Competitive rates with minimum excess levels
- An Interest-free 12 month premium payment facility
