O'Dwyer Property Management is the only Multi-Unit Property Management company in Ireland to be awarded ISO 9001: 2008 quality accreditation. This has been achieved by significant investment in technology, rigorous systems and processes, and staff training. We have developed a Quality Management System (QMS) which we designed to provide a framework for best practice and consistency in the delivery of services and support to the satisfaction of our Clients.
The NSAI (National Standard Authority of Ireland) audited, certified and registered O'Dwyer Property Management in 2009. Certification is valid for 3 years and independent audits are carried out annually.
At O'Dwyer Property Management we;
- Identify the processes required for the QMS and their application throughout the company.
- Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes.
- Determine criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
- Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
- Monitor, measure and analyse these processes and
- Implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
Our QMS documentation includes;
- A Quality Manual
- Process flow charts
- Quality assurance procedures
- Standard operating procedures
- Standard templates
Our Quality Management System ensures that O'Dwyer Property Management;
- Has a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business.
- Monitors processes to ensure they are effective.
- Keeps adequate records.
- Checks the service for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary.
- Regularly reviews individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness.
- Continually improves systems and processes to improve the service we provide.
For each element of the service, we have defined Quality Objectives which are reviewed monthly. Corrective Actions and Continuous Improvements are the foundation of our QMS and any process improvements are agreed and reviewed at the next meeting. Separate Quality Review meetings are held quarterly to review the Quality Management System itself.
