As part of ODPM’s integrated solutions in 1992 we developed our award-winning Grounds maintence Service which can be availed of by our client’s completely separately to our managing service.
This service is well recognised and availed of through out our many client sites. Our Grounds Maintenance Team has the capabilities to provide clients with complete Grounds Maintenance Services. These services include all aspects of landscaping maintenance which may include servicing the waste management area, the car park surfaces, road / car park markings, road signage, road sweeping, external industrial cleaning, chewing gum and graffiti removal, light maintenance etc.
These comprehensive services ensure a quality image and presentation is portrayed to all residents and visitors.
