“I head up ODPM's Contract Grounds and Cleaning services. I have three teams consisting of 11 staff and our aim is to deliver quality contract services to the ODPM client sites where we are engaged. Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance are two of the most vital services necessary to ensure a quality appearance and comfortable surroundings for the occupiers and their visitors. I work closely with the property managers and at least once a year I like to meet with each of our clients to do a “walk around” to discuss our service and works such as additional planting or landscaping that might benefit the aesthetic value of the development, These meetings help to ensure service expectations are being achieved and satisfied".
Brian joined ODPM over 10 years ago and is a Qualified Horticulturist.
