Chairman & Founder
Siobhan O’Dwyer founded the firm in 1988 and is passionate about the value of quality and expert property management. In the absence of appropriate legislative framework for multi-unit developments she authored the “IPFMA’s Position Paper on Residential Multi-unit Development and Management” and various other submissions to Government on behalf of the IAVI and the IPFMA. She played key roles on working committees in the Law Reform Commission and the National Consumer Agency which resulted in the law reforms now reflected and contained in the recently enacted Multi-Unit Developments (MUD) Act 2011.
Siobhan was elected Chairman of the Property & Facilities Management Professional Group of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in April 2011.

Paul Whelan, FCA, BScMgt, MIPFMA
Managing Director
Paul Whelan was Finance Director before taking over the role of Managing Director in 2008. Under Paul’s stewardship various innovative practices were introduced which included centralising service functions to maximise efficiency and streamlining service delivery as reflected by the firm being the first in our industry to achieve ISO accreditation.
As a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Paul has established standards in financial excellence at O’Dwyer Property Management that clients say are ‘unparalleled in the industry’.
Paul is the current Chairman of the Irish Property and Facility Managers Association (IPFMA).

Patrick M. Hogan, BSc (Hons), AssocSCSI, AssocRICS, MIPFMA
Commercial Director
Patrick is a leading expert in the development of management programmes for large multi-unit developments and mixed unit portfolios to transition from early development stages through to establishing a Board of Management and structures for Management Companies.
Patrick studied Property Economics in DIT Bolton Street and gained a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin. Patrick joined O’Dwyer Property Management in 1998 and over the following 13 years worked in various positions within the company - joining the Board of Directors in 2004.
Patrick serves on working committees in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the IPFMA.

Derry Hussey
Non-Executive Director
Derry has served on O'Dwyer Property Management's Board as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director since 1999. His experience and expertise in finance and the construction/property industry provides invaluable strategic support to the firm.
Until his retirement Derry was Finance Director of Jones Group plc and served as Chairman of the VHI (Voluntary Health Insurance Board). Derry holds Non-Executive Directorships in a number of private companies.
