Patrick M. Hogan, B.Sc. (Surv) MIAVI, MIPFMA
Patrick studied Property Economics in DIT Bolton Street and gained a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin. Patrick joined ODPM in 1998 and over the following 10 years held various executive positions and joined the board in 2004.
Patrick’s experience and expertise in designing effective and efficient estate management programmes for diverse, high density, multi-unit site environments forms a critical part of our services to new client sites.
Patrick’s extensive commercial experience in the activity and roles within the management process from construction to completion ensures
efficient and cost effective management service implementation and operation during, up to and after the completion and successful handover by the developers to the owner’s satisfaction and control.
Patrick also takes responsibility for a wide range of client project work, always endeavouring to provide informed and expert advice tailored to each specific situation.
