2 Hazeldene"O'Dwyer Property Management has been the Managing Agent for Hazeldene since 2003 taking over from the incumbent Agent.I have found O'Dwyer Property Management to be professional and proactive at all times in relation to Hazeldene.

O’Dwyer Property management has a strong and effective service charge collection procedure and excellent two way communication with me as their client. Regular meetings are held with the Board where operational matters are reviewed and detailed quarterly financial reports are presented.

Hazeldene recently undertook a major and very successful roof replacement and refurbishment project. Following a condition survey, project teams was appointed to scope, tender and agree the schedule of works. A communications and funding progamme was put in place with the owners. This major project was completed on time, within budget and to a high quality finish with minimal inconvenience to the residents.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the service of O'Dwyer Property Management to any development considering the selection of a new agent.”
