Siobhan O'Dwyer, MIAVI, MIPFMA
Siobhan founded ODPM in 1988 and oversaw the growth of ODPM to be the leading Residential Property Management firm in Ireland specialising in the management of large Multi-unit Estates incorporating mixed residential, commercial and retail uses. Siobhan became the Chairman in 2008 and in this role will continue to guide the strategic direction and development of the firm.
Siobhan is passionate about advocating for increased consumer rights and protection and to seeing the increased professionalism of the property management sector in Ireland and is chairman of the Residential Sub Committee of the IPFMA and author of the “IPFMA’s Position Paper on Residential Multi-unit Development and Management”.Siobhan presented at the National Housing Conference in 2007 and has written many articles on “Best Practice in Residential Property Management”
Siobhan served as a member of the Law Reform Commission’s Multi-Unit Developments Working Group and The National Consumers Agency’s Multi-Unit Stakeholders Forum.
Siobhan is a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) and Junior Vice Chair of the Irish Property and Facilities Management Association (IPFMA).
Siobhan has undertaken extensive research abroad on best practice methodology and ensures the highest standards are innovatively applied to the operations of ODPM and continues her work
in the promotion of the need for reform and regulation in our industry
