SCSI South East Branch Host Seminar on the MUD Act in Waterford IT

Siobhan O'Dwyer was delighed to present a public seminar on the Multi-Unit Developments (MUD) Act 2011 in Waterford on Tuesday, 17th April 2012.  The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland South East Branch hosted the seminar in the auditorium of Waterford IT where an enthusiastic and interetsted crowd attended.  This free seminar covered topics including; legislation overview, sale or purchase of units, owner management companies (OMC's), transfer of common areas and the rights and responsiblities of owners.  It was an extremely successful event with a lively question and answer session following the presentation.

The 7th Annual Conference of IPFMA took place in Croke Park Conference Centre and in a departure from previous years, the 2009 conference was residentially themed.
